Traditional Spanish foods paired with local wines were some of the most memorable parts of the trip, and this book adapts many of those same restaurant meals for the home cook. I liked how they went over what you can do with some of the waste that comes from making these, most cookbooks never tell you what you can do with the leftovers and just assume I like the layout of this cookbook.
